Case 36 – Spontaneous Optical Column-Grid Deconstruction: The use of staggered and shifting columns that move rhythmically from left to right. This project is intriguing by the use of negative space and gutters.

Case 33 – Spontaneous Architectonic Composition: Utilizes architectural design and imagery at the forefront of the composition. All other elements of the design are in correspondence with the main architectural design. For example, the typography would follow a diagonal along the architectural lines of the design.

Case 31 – Compound Modular / Column Grid with Collage: Utilizes a column structure broken by the freeform collage integration. The example above uses a standard grid-based calendar design with a loose freeform collage above. This design is intriguing because it appears structured and traditional, however, the collage offers a unique element to the rather mundane design.

Case 24 – Nonorthoginal Grid Deconstruction: Utilizes a grid of concentric circles, the text moves throughout the circles to provide direction and define the spread. The unique design offers intrigue and variability to a traditional grid design.
