Rebranding the 2025 Summer in the City Concert Series
As part of Boston Harbor Hotel’s initiative to modernize and energize the Summer in the City Concert Series, I was responsible for concept development and full brand redesign. The project focused on elevating the series with a contemporary visual identity that resonates with a younger audience while staying true to the event’s legacy.
The new brandmark draws from the visual language of audio equalizers, creating a simple but memorable symbol for live music and movement. Paired with a heavy, geometric typeface and a refreshed blue-and-white palette, the brand achieves a bold, approachable personality. The system was designed for versatility across event signage, digital campaigns, merchandise, and social media, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence throughout the summer season.
